Understand & Map
We watch before we touch.
Three workshops, six weeks from kickoff to your map. We look at how the work really gets done today, then map it step by step.
AI agents and your people, working together
We define what AI handles, what your team reviews, and who’s responsible
We deploy and run your AI agents securely, with clear costs at every step
One person drafts with ChatGPT. Another automates meeting notes. A third translates with their favorite tool. Individual shortcuts multiply. The hand-offs between them stay exactly the same.
Where is AI being used? What data does it access? What does it cost? When the answers sit in separate accounts, nobody sees the whole picture.
Different people, different prompts, different outputs. Quality depends on who does the work. And when they leave, their method can leave with them.
It has several owners. It runs on documents, judgment and hand-offs, and it repeats, client after client.
That’s what makes it valuable. And fragile.
It can help capture it, structure it, and make it more dependable.
We map how your team delivers its services, then turn that knowledge into a shared process that people and AI agents can follow together.
With your teams, we go through every step of your process: what needs human judgment, what AI can prepare for review, and what can run on its own. Then we select the right models, build the solution and keep it running securely, with costs visible throughout.
Go behind the scenesOthers talk data lakes, data mesh and knowledge graphs. We start by listening to how your people work, then we map it. The technology is our job, not yours.
What an agent extracts points back to its source. What an agent drafts waits for a person to sign it.
No provider may train on your documents: we only use models under contracts that exclude it, or open models on infrastructure we or you control.
Every step is scored against work your experts already did, on a grid they write. If it doesn’t pass, it doesn’t ship.
When a better model ships, we swap it in where it wins. Your map stays the same.
Illustrative example: a project your firm delivers to one of its clients, from their request to your delivery. Open an AI agent to see what it does and what it costs.
Your process, drawn as a map your company keeps.
This example follows a project from your client’s request to your delivery: who does what, where AI agents work, and what each run costs. Nothing leaves without a human sign-off.
Click any step to open it.
At every stage, you know exactly what you walk away with.
We watch before we touch.
Three workshops, six weeks from kickoff to your map. We look at how the work really gets done today, then map it step by step.
Real work. Real numbers.
The new process runs live on a limited scope: one type of case, one team. We measure before and after, so you decide on evidence.
From one team to the whole firm.
The same process across your business: integrations, access rights, connections to your systems, go-live. Training is not an extra. It’s part of the job.
It runs. It gets better.
We track costs, swap in a better model when one ships, and adapt the steps as your business evolves.
